Foster, the Cat Ambassador

Foster was found as a stray cat in Inga’s neighborhood on Christmas Eve.  On Christmas Day Inga agreed to foster him, only to find out he’s the sweetest and friendliest kitty she had ever come across.  Inga named him Foster with the intent that if she opened the cat cafe, he would live there and greet new kitties as the cat ambassador.
