Every cat boarding guest stays in a private condo built specifically for cats, not converted dog kennels or cages. The space is calm, climate-controlled, and intentionally low stimulation.

This setup is ideal for cats who get anxious in traditional boarding facilities or vet offices and makes us a true cat hotel in Rock Hill.
What Happens at Drop-Off
When your cat arrives, we set up food, water, and a litter box, and get their bed and blanket comfortable. Any toys or comfort items you bring go in with them. We may spray Feliway pheromones to help with anxiety. We turn on Cat TV, and on sunny days we pull the curtain back to let in natural light. If your cat is open to it, we sit with them or play with them so they learn we are safe cat people.
What's Included
Boarding cats and lounge cats never share space. Three doorways separate the two rooms, so your cat stays in a quiet, cats-only area for the entire stay.
Every boarding cat gets out-time in our cat-friendly backroom for play, window watching, and Cat TV, and our staff note anything that looks off and tell you right away. Cats are not condo-bound.

We have 12 boarding condos and keep it to one cat per condo so every cat has adequate room. If two or more cats from the same household are bonded, we can open a portal between two condos, with the same supplies in each.
Health & Requirements
Before you can book, create a profile for your cat in our Revelation Pets boarding portal. Before your cat arrives, we need proof that the following are up to date:

FeLV vaccine, if your cat spends time outdoors

Flea and tick treatment, applied at least 48 hours before boarding, unless your cat is already on a monthly preventative

Cats must be at least 3 months old, since all vaccine and preventative requirements apply to every boarding cat
Upload this proof through the Revelation Pets portal, or bring it with you on paper at drop-off. If a cat arrives without proof, we cannot take them in. This protects the other boarding cats and the cats in our lounge. If that happens, we point you to other boarding facilities in the area and to the pet sitters listed on our community board.
Our boarding waiver includes a $500 fee if fleas are found on a boarding cat. Treating fleas means bathing that cat, treating every other boarding cat, and closing and fumigating the boarding rooms. The fee covers that cleanup.

Over the 4th of July weekend we were at our fullest with 10 of our 12 condos occupied. Booking early for holidays is strongly recommended.

Frequently Asked Questions
What vaccinations are required for cat boarding?
Cats must show proof of Rabies and FVRCP vaccines, plus FeLV if they spend time outdoors. Current flea and tick prevention and an established vet are also required.
What should I feed my cat?
You can bring pre-portioned food from home or choose our house food options. Feeding instructions are followed exactly.
What if my cat will not eat while boarding?
A change in appetite is normal in a new situation. We monitor food, water, and litter box use twice daily, so we know quickly if a cat is not eating or eliminating. If your cat is not eating, we ask your permission before trying a few things that often help. Those include adding treats to a meal, rehydrating or warming wet food, covering the condo with a blanket for shy eaters, and picking up another brand your cat likes.
Can you give my cat medication?
No. For liability reasons, our staff cannot give medication to boarding cats. There is one exception, and we handle it case by case. If the medication can be sprinkled on or mixed into your cat's food, we can consider it. Anything beyond that, we are not able to do. If we do give medication through food, we write it in your cat's daily log, so you can see it was given along with everything else we track each day.
What is included in a boarding stay?
Every stay includes a private condo, fresh litter, bedding, daily wellness checks, meals on your cat's schedule, daily enrichment, and photo or video updates at no extra cost.
How much does cat boarding cost?
Boarding is $30 per night. Add $2 per night if you do not provide your cat's food. Holiday dates fill fast, so book early.
What if there’s a medical issue?
We keep your preferred vet on file and will contact you immediately if anything seems off. In an emergency situation we will follow guidelines as set out in the emergency waiver form filled out upon arrival.
Are vaccines and flea prevention required?
Yes. All boarding cats must be up to date on required vaccines and flea prevention before arrival. Failure to do so may result in your boarding being cancelled as we can not expose other cats. Vaccine proof is needed for the following to board at Purrfect Pair Cat Cafe: Rabies Vaccine, FVRCP Vaccine, FeLV Vaccine, and Flea and Tick Meds if outside.
How do I know how my cat is doing while I'm away?
You get a photo or video update by text every day your cat is with us. Behind that, we keep a daily log for each cat. We record their dry food, wet food, and water, and if they used the litter box, both pee and poop. We also note any medication given and anything abnormal, so we can alert you to it. Your cat gets playtime with our staff at least twice a day too, at no extra cost.
Can my cat board while wearing a cone?
No. We are not able to board cats that need to wear a cone. The reason is the portal our cats use to reach the litter box area. A cone and that portal do not work together, so a cone cat cannot stay with us. This requirement applies to all boarding cats without exception to ensure our boarding setup functions properly throughout.
What happens if my cat gets sick while I'm out of town?
We contact you first. If your cat gets sick while you are away, we reach out to get your permission to take them to your own vet. Your vet may see your cat, or advise if the visit can wait until you are back, and we help set up the appointment. At drop-off you sign an emergency waiver in case we cannot reach you. That covers a secondary contact person and a reimbursement amount you set in advance. We always make every possible attempt to contact you first.
Will my cat be around other lounge cats while boarding?
No. Boarding and the lounge are kept completely separate. They are two different rooms, with three doorways between them that act as a barrier. Your boarding cat stays in the cats-only boarding area for the whole stay. They do not come into contact with the lounge cats, and they are never around dogs. The two spaces stay separate the entire time your cat is with us.
