How Cat Lounge Visits Work
Step 1
Book Online (30 or 60 minute slots available)
Choose your lounge session on the calendar, reserve your spot (for each member of your group), and get an email confirmation. Walk-ins are welcome when space is open. These include a 60 minute visit for $15 or a 30 minute visit for $10 (plus tax.)
Step 2
Arrive a Little Early to Check-In
Show your confirmation at the front counter, review the waiver and lounge rules, and grab a drink or snack before you head in.
Step 3
Enjoy Your Visit With The Cats
Relax in the cat lounge, sip your coffee, play with the adoptable cats and non-adoptable resident cats, and take photos while you're here.
Booking ahead of time isn't required, but highly recommended! We kindly ask that if you can't get here for your scheduled time that you call to cancel or reschedule your reservation. After 15 minutes if you fail to call, your reservation will be cancelled.
Reservations vs. Walk-ins
Walk-ins are welcome when space allows, but making a reservation for the cat cafe in Rock Hill is the best way to secure your visit. Lounge sessions often book up — especially on weekends, holidays, or during special events — so plan ahead for the best experience.

Meet Our Adoptable Cats
We have a mix of cats in our lounge, both adoptable, and what we call "purrmanent residents". Adoptable cats are offered by our trusted local rescue partner, Lancaster SPCA. Spending time in the lounge lets you get to know each cat’s personality, making for better matches and happier homes.

Do I need a reservation at Purrfect Pair Cat Cafe, or are walk-ins welcome?
Most guests reserve online to guarantee a spot, especially on weekends and holidays. Limited walk-ins are available when we’re under capacity. Standard cat-lounge sessions are typically 30–60 minutes. Please arrive 10 minutes early to check in.
How much does it cost to visit, and what’s included?
Session pricing starts at $10 per person and includes lounge time with our adoptable cats. Upgrades like specialty drinks or pastries are available at the cafe counter. Taxes and add-ons (e.g., merch) are extra.
Are kids allowed at the cat cafe? Any rules I should know?
Yes! Children are welcome with a supervising adult. For everyone’s safety, gentle petting only, no picking up cats, and indoor voices. Strollers stay in the lobby to maintain a calm space for the cats. Under 13 years old must have an adult in the cat lounge with them. 13-15 years old must have supervision in the building.16 and up, no supervision needed.
Can I adopt a cat from Purrfect Pair? How does adoption work?
Absolutely. We partner with Lancaster SPCA. If you connect with an adoptable cat, complete a quick application; most approvals happen within 3-5 days. Adoption fees cover vaccines, spay/neuter, and microchip. Our staff will guide you through next steps to take your new furbaby home!
